XL-Floor insulated flooring

XL-Floor insulated flooring was the product of choice for this 2 story project in Rostrevor. The builder has found it quick and easy to install. The panels are approximately 50% lighter than AAC products and due to the large format panels they are quicker to lay. Another feature is that the panels do not need to be joined on joist reducing waste and increasing installation times.

XL-Insulated flooring provides a flat and robust flooring surface.

Unlike AAC panels such as Hebel, XL-Floor provides an excellent flooring finish allowing final finishes such as carpet, tiles, linoleum, timber etc. to be laid directly on the floor without further remediation such as grinding or adding a substrate. XL-Floor provides a solid feel for a floor, it does not crack or get soft when exposed to water during the build.

XL-Floor has been designed with construction in mind to ensure ease of build. XL-Floor can be built with load bearing walls allowing the floor to run through to the external wall or can be fitted within the wall frame.
